Le Conserve della Nonna was born in the province of Modena, a land rich in Italian values and food traditions handed down generation after generation. Borlotti are a complete and healthy food; traditionally used in soups and consomme. They are delicious with Tropea-type onion, with pilaf rice with bacon and sausages; also good in combination with 'maltagliati' short pasta, with added lobster and basil, based on a traditional recipe from the Italian region of Marche.
