Saclà Olivolì Nere Toste 100 g

The Olivoli Nere (black) Toste (hard) are prepared according to a typical recipe of the Mediterranean tradition. Harvested when they reach full maturity, these black olives are preserved in salt and left to dry in the sun. Their dark colour and the characteristic bitter taste are the result of this particular treatment that makes them excellent flavour enhancer of poultry and baked fish.
