World nutella day is coming

After the Christmas holidays, we are approaching the most ironic period of the year, the Carnival which for many is synonymous with a masked party but not only ... it is also an opportunity to make delicious sweets to delight young and old. So, what better occasion than Nutella Day as a combination of Carnival and gluttony? The most famous spreadable cream in the world boasts a long history that begins in the difficult years of the second post-war period, where the only certainty was to start over from what little was there. .like cocoa for example. This is how the Ferrero brothers from Alba (Cn) opened a confectionery company, where the first spreadable chocolate cake was soon made, made from little raw material, cocoa, a sweet hazelnut and sugar paste. It is called Giandujot, just like the Carnival mask, not surprisingly. A few years later, the Giandujot block becomes the Ferrero Super Cream, with a softer consistency, easily spreadable and contained in a jar. 1964 is the year of birth of the real Nutella which continues the tradition of Giandujot and Super cream but is improved in its recipe, becoming more palatable and increasingly in demand. After the Italian success, Nutella soon crossed the borders of the Alps, representing in 1965 an icon of goodness and smiles, first in Germany and shortly afterwards in France too. The echo of the success of this cream reaches overseas lands, landing in Australia in 1978, where the first production plant outside Europe is created. Nutella thus becomes a world icon in the confectionery scenario. In 2007, a well-known Italian American blogger, given the success of the product on her blog, decided to set up a world Nutella day on February 5th. Therefore, every year on this day, the world celebrates World Nutella Day. Some Nutella Cafes have recently opened in the States, first in Chicago, then in New York. Appreciated not only in breakfasts at home and at the bar but also in the pastry creation by masters and chefs, Nutella can inspire creativity in numerous recipes to make cakes, pies, crepes, pancakes, mousses, ice creams or simply as a garnish to give a touch of joy in the confectionery creation. In the Rosso Fine Food pantry various sizes of Nutella are available to satisfy every need of use, free creativity, amaze and magically give good mood. Happy Nutella Day then with rossofinefood.com!
