The Centerba Toro is a bitter liqueur made with precious spices and wild aromatic herbs of the Maiella Mountain. Still today it is made according to the recipe and the method created by Beniamino Toro in 1817, a precious knowledge handed down from father to sons. Even the straw-covered "flask" has always been the same for 200 years. It is advisable to drink and taste not only on its own but also combined with chocolate and coffee as well as a special ingredient in strong cocktails, or with milk, and it can be used for cooking and with pastry.
