The Paesani Genepì Gran Sasso is a liqueur obtained from the infusion of alcohol into the genepì, a type of very aromatic artemisia herb that grows in mountain areas above a thousand meters in altitude. Its truly unique green colour comes precisely from the type of herbs used; it's such a distinctive colour that further enhances its label. Purity of its herbs makes the Paesani Genepi highly digestive and with an intense and bitter taste. Its strong character is accompanied by a high alcohol content of 40 vol%. it is usually served at room temperature.
