A handmade grappa made from selected fresh marcs, in a discontinuous steam copper still, according to the Nonino tradition. Elegant and typical appearance in its transparent glass bottle, with hints of bread crust and licorice. The Nonino Distillery, unlike most Italian distilleries, does not use the demethilization column, a column that impoverishes grappa, thus leaving its organoleptic properties and fragrances to their full strength. Alcohol content 41% vol. Before tasting, the grappa must rest a few minutes in the glass, oxygenating itself to allow its aromas to be enhanced for a complete nose-palate harmony. Recommended at temperature of about 12 ° C in an open corolla tulip glass. Suitable at the end of a meal as a digestive or at any time of the day for pleasure.
