The Champagne Cuvèe Saint-Pétersbourg is dedicated to the audacity of Madame Clicquot, widow Ponsardin, who despite the continental block of 1814 that immobilized Europe, managed to deliver her champagne to St. Petersburg. After this event, the Russian nobility considered the Cuvèe Saint-Pétersbourg one of the best Champagne in the world. Saint-Pétersbourg is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour, with golden reflections and very fine bubbles. Its aromas open with a bouquet of ripe fruits, enriched with elegant aromas of brioche, crunchy with almonds and sweet spicy notes.
