Giuseppe Cocco", Pappardelle larghe n.16 made with top quality durum wheat semolina and free-range hens' eggs binded slowly in the kneading machine to create the dough, which first crosses the circular bronze die and then it is rolled and cut in the historic Cocco Matassing Machine from 1930. The pasta thus produced has, today, the taste of the same home-made pasta of the past. Handcrafted processing with a rough bronze die and static drying at warm temperatures. Cooking time 4 minutes.
