The main ingredient of this traditional recipe is basil. Saclà basil is grown in the southern part of Piedmont and is carefully picked to preserve the tenderness of its leaves and its characteristic intense aroma. Cold working retains all the authenticity of tradition. It is processed with the addition of DOP Grana Padano, DOP Pecorino Romano cheeses together with other ingredients carefully selected by our chefs.
