Amarone comes from Corvina and Rondinella grapes on the hills of Tenuta Novare, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella, in vineyards dedicated only to grapes for drying. Produced by Bertani since 1958, Bertani classic amarone means perfect harmony between time, nature and man, we dedicate our know-how and our passion to it, with a long wait and great care. The grapes are put to rest on the "aréle", the bamboo cane racks, according to the traditional production method. Fermentation in cement and aging in large barrels for at least six years make its structure stable, making it one of the longest-lasting red wines in the world.
