Traditional fermentation of red grapes with maceration for 5-6 days. Maturation of wine in stainless steel containers. Intense ruby red when young, and becoming brick colour with aging. Intense and persistent bouquet with notes of red fruit. Full taste, full-bodied, slightly tannic if young. Excellent with roasts, red meats and aged cheeses.
