Pinot Noir is a typical Trentino Alto Adige wine. For its velvety character it can be defined as an aristocratic wine. The cultivation of vines and winemaking are the work of the Caononic communities. It has a red color ranging from purple to ruby, with shades of brick. Its aroma is reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries and plums when young, oriental spices, chocolate and truffle if older. This Pinot Noir gives the palate a pleasant sensation of harmony. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 14 °C. Particularly suitable to accompany lamb and excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
