Giuseppe Cocco" is still an artisanal product processed with bronze wire drawing in the Fara San Martino (CH) plant, an area on the slopes of the Majella rich in water with the characteristics suitable for making the best pasta. Made with top quality durum wheat semolina and slowly dried. All the bronze dies used are circular and single-hole, and give the pasta the necessary consistency and roughness that enhances any sauce's flavour.
