The love for the Istrian tree - the olive tree - and respect for nature are at the base of the cultivation of olive groves on the Belvedere hill, planted in 1992 on an area of 5 hectares: here the olives are picked by hand every autumn, transformed into "liquid gold" only a few hours after the harvest. This methodical task guarantees the best quality and an exceptional taste of extra virgin olive oil. Cultivation is strictly organic - without chemicals or pesticides.
