The Greco di Tufo Nova Serra di Mastroberardino comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Montefusco, in the province of Avellino (Campania region). It is produced with Greco di Tufo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand, around the end of October. Novaserra is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. Its smell opens with a wide and intense bouquet of apricots, pears, apples, peaches, citrus fruits and almonds, enriched with aromas of sage and mineral notes. To the palate it reveals excellent acidity, with pleasant sensations recalling ripe fruit. Perfect to accompany soups and poultry, it is also ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
