Montepulciano d'abruzzo harimann is obtained from grapes grown in old vineyards, with an average yield of 70 quintals / hectare. the grapes are picked by hand in the first decade of November and are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats for a period of 25/30 days. After racking after storage for about 12 months, the wine is aged in barriques for a period of 24 months. it is persistent in the mouth and goes well with rich and structured dishes of long cooking (red meats, game, very mature cheeses) or remains willingly "single" to be enjoyed, as a meditation wine, in a suitable glass and at the right temperature and also with chocolate and a good cigar.
