Marina Palusci extra virgin olive oil. It has a beautiful intense golden yellow color with light green nuances. The Palusci oil mill produces oils in the heart of Abruzzo, on the Pianella hills, between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella National Park. A product that excites us because it is characterized by an intense note of fruity green olive accompanied by a good bitter and spicy flavor: it produces a crude, turbid-looking oil that is mesmerizing in its scents and palate. The oil comes from the olive cultivation of Dritta and Leccino using the olives at the right veraison point, pressed in the traditional mill and bottled immediately to get the best of the Abruzzo extra virgin olive oil. The nose opens with a decisive and enveloping flavor, rich in vegetal hints of artichoke and wild chicory, accompanied by notes of officinal herbs, with a clear memory of mint and rosemary. In the mouth it is ample and very fine, with tones of field lettuce and spicy nuances of cinnamon and almond in closing. Bitter and spicy present and well expressed.
