Bombay Sapphire is a brand of gin produced by the multinational spirits company Bacardi. Its name originates from the popularity of gin during the British colonial rule of India, the name of the liquor refers to the Star of Bombay. It is a gin with the most aromatic bouquet ever. Bombay has always been an essential element of blending; an Englishman of quality and prestige, in the excellent London Dry style, it has a special feature that sets it apart: it undergoes three distillation cycles. This gives the ten secret ingredients plenty of time to get to know each other and blend, placed in special perforated cells where, in a bain-marie, all the properties and essential oils are extracted.

The final product has a great balance that even allows it to be drunk straight, which is generally unusual for a gin and not recommended by enthusiasts. Brilliant Adamantino, the nose expresses clean scents of juniper and a mix of vegetable and aromatic herbs of laurel, sage and thyme, together with floral sensations of violet and wisteria. The impact on the palate is round and enveloping, full-bodied but sweet, consistent in the many aromatic references that characterise a long persistence of juniper and sweet spices.
