A typical liqueur of the Sorrento area tradition, and is obtained from the infusion of lemon peel from Sorrento I.G.P. in pure alcohol and sugar, according to its traditional recipe. A handmade product for which only lemons grown and harvested in certified citrus fruits of Sorrento are used, and it stands out for its high minimum weight ratio: 350 gr. of lemons per litre of product. Characterized by a fresh and pleasant aroma, it is ideal to drink at a temperature of -4 ° C, or can be used in long drinks and cocktails, or mixed in pastry and ice-cream products.
