In the mouth it picks up the floral fragrance of smell, intriguing the pleasantly savory finish with flavors of sweet almond. Fermentation takes place in barriques: the wood softens the aromas and gives structure. The subsequent aging in steel preserves the typical fragrances of the vine. Thus, vines over 40 years of age bring the sensations of the past to the glass, telling a secular story with sincerity. It elegantly accompanies Venetian dishes such as Baccalà "alla vicentina", "Broeto" and risotto with sea bass. Excellent with fish, stewed and smoked, with vegetable soups and sushi.
