Brandy derives from a wine distillate aged in oak barrels. The master distiller carefully selects the basic wines needed and with the use of the classic Charente still from this unique product. Processing involves the use of only the central part of the distillate, discarding the beginning and end of the product. The "heart" of the distillate, therefore, is placed to age in oak barrels. Alcohol content 38% vol.
