Traditional pasta takes us back in time. Once spaghetti were spread on canes to dry in the sun; today here are Spaghetti Extra Cocco. Pasta di una Volta is represented by the skeins produced by the historic Matassatrice Cocco, which still today, with bronze dies, produces Chitarra, Spaghetti, Taglierini, Tagliatelle and Fettuccine. The pasta "Cav. Giuseppe Cocco" is a still artisanal product, it is processed in bronze wire drawing in the Fara San Martino (CH) plant, an area on the slopes of the Majella rich in water with the characteristics suitable for making the best pasta. It is made with first quality durum wheat semolina followed by a slow drying process. Cooking time 10 minutes.
